Cary is an educator and visual/performing artist based in Columbus, OH. Cary earned his BFA in Music Theatre from Elon University and MA in Art Education from The Ohio State University, where he serves on the faculty and is working toward his PhD. Cary is also Director of Theatre at Grandview Heights High School and on staff at Short North Stage in Columbus.

Nancy joined ImprovEdge as an executive coach and principal consultant after 25+ years as a high tech exec where she transformed marketing organizations through programs that combine the art and science of marketing with transformational leadership. Most recently, Nancy was a VP of Marketing at Juniper Networks, a multibillion-dollar company, where she and her team brought the company’s marketing efforts to the next level by developing and implementing patented data and analytics technology to amp the impact of marketing.

David has over 20 years of experience of creating and leading individual and organizational improvement initiatives. David has conducted hundreds of workshops to audiences ranging from Amgen to Michelin, Abbot Labs to Target, and the University of Kentucky to the IT Agency of the Sultanate of Oman.

Sonda is an adjunct instructor in public speaking and theatre at Capital University and Columbus State Community College in Columbus, Ohio. She received her B.F.A. in theatre performance from Indiana University of PA and her M.A. in Theatre and Communication from Indiana State University.

Mike is the Executive Director of College Summit New York, a non-profit organization that works with public schools to increase the number of students enrolling, and succeeding, in college.

Dan utilizes his Master of Education in Foreign and Second Language from The Ohio State University and experience from improv comedy to help those find their voice in a second, (or first) language.

Erika is a Lead Instructional Designer and Facilitator with ImprovEdge. In addition, Erika is the VP of Training and Operations for Wellcoaches Corporation. As a Board Certified Coach and Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, Erika also advises the ImprovEdge Coaching practice.

Jamie is a senior facilitator, keynote speaker and award-winning writer for ImprovEdge, movies and the theater. As an educator, Jamie has taught at Northwestern University (her alma mater), University of California, Irvine, as well as the Chicago Academy for the Arts in Chicago. She is the recipient of numerous theater and screen writing awards including the Kennedy Center Fund for New American Plays award.

A certified personal coach with a Masters in Organization Development and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership, Kit provides individual coaching to help participants practice and internalize the skills taught in ImprovEdge workshops. Kit leverages her 20+ years as a C-level executive to help leaders grow as individuals and grow their businesses.
