Recently, I had the privilege to talk with Dr. Ely Weinschneider, Psy.D., Psychologist and Relationship Expert at Thrive Global, about the impact of improvisation on my life – personally and professionally. Specifically we talked about the concept of presence and being in-the-moment for whatever you are doing, wherever you are.
I know we’re all challenged with the agendas in our minds. I am too – daily.
It’s not easy, yet the more we can act like improvisers, drop the agenda and pay attention to what’s in front of us, we can give an incredible gift to ourselves and others by being present.
